Woodbridge At Portola Launches Web Site
Woodbridge At Portola has recently launched a new website that highlights the projects scope and master plan. Set in the beauty of the Sierra in a former rail town , Woodbridge at Portola will feature covered wooden bridges as a major design theme. The bridges will enhance the beauty and unique identity of Portola, and will be selectively positioned in and around the project.

The master plan for Woodbridge sets aside approximately 105 acres for open space, including the local creeks and drainage corridors, the local mountainside and wetland area. Hiking and mountain bike trails will be created in gentle contours of the creeks and streams that meander through the area and connect to the adjacent Plumas National Forest land. Recreational lifestyle will be the cornerstone of the project.

Woodbridge At Portola will create a Village Center adjacent to the northeastern boundary. The center will include commercial, office and retail spaces. A Performing Arts Center is planned for the property immediately adjacent to the northern boundary.
